Executive Councillors Stanzin Chosphel and Ghulam Mehdi extended their heartfelt congratulations to Nasrin Fatima for clinching the Gold Medal in the Senior Female – Under 46 Kg weight category at the 5th National Open Kyorugi & Poomsae Taekwondo Championship 2024.

The championship was held on December 28 and 29, 2024, at Shree Vishudhanand Saraswati Vidyalaya in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Fatima’s remarkable achievement not only brings immense pride to Ladakh but also serves as a source of inspiration for young athletes, particularly women, in the region to strive for excellence in sports.
