Students of Army Goodwill school went on National Integration tour Interacts with the President at Rashtrapati Bhavan
206 Sata Battery unit under the banner of 8 mountain DIV Khumbathang conducted a National Integration Tour for the students of Army Goodwill School Faroona, Kargil.
A group of 25 students including 3 teachers and 3 army staff accompanied Army Major Himalaya for a National Integration Tour.
The students visited Srinagar, Jammu, Chandigarh, Delhi and Agra. The tour aims to broaden their horizons by showcasing various facets of India to gain first-hand experience of varied cultures, traditions, development, and technological & economic advancements across the nation.
This will motivate them to achieve better jobs and careers through education and contribute towards nation-building.
The students of Army Goodwill School Faroona called with the President of India Droupadi Murmu during their National Integration Tour at Rashtrapati Bhavan on 14 November. The President shared her thoughts and good wishes to the students on the occasion of Children's Day.
Archoo Hakima and Nissar Ali shared their experience and expressed their gratitude to the Indian Army for conducting such a National Integration tour.
All students participated with a great amount of zeal and enthusiasm.
