The meeting was chaired by Pramod Kumar Jain, IAS (Retd.), with committee members Kacho Asfandyar Khan, IAS (Retd.), Tsering Angchok, IAS (Retd.), and Deputy Commissioner Leh Santosh Sukhadeve (ex-officio), to assess the proposal for establishing five new districts in Ladakh.
