Engineers of NHPC and PDD asked to ensure utmost coordination for smooth and uninterrupted power supply. The direction was given by Gyal P Wangyal, Deputy Chairman during a meeting on November 19 at Council Secretariat.

P.P Singh Walkh, General Manager NHPC, Manoj Narnawre, Manager (Elect.) NHPC, Rinchen Wangmo, and Chosying  Dojai, PDD AEE were present.

Engineers of PDD appealed the public to use electricity judiciously and wisely.

They informed that special teams of PDD checking squads have already been constituted which will make a surprise checking of different areas frequently.

Anyone found with illegal connections and using heavy electric gadgets of any kind will be penalized on spot beside disconnecting their power connection.
