MP Ladakh lays foundation, inaugurates projects in Leh
Member of Parliament, Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal undertook a comprehensive visit to various development projects in the Leh region on October 23.
MP Ladakh laid the foundation stone for the PMGSY Road from L034 to Taru Farka and T01 to Taru. He also established an open gym at Phyang and an integrated chain link fence to protect the Village Spring Water at Takey, Phyang. He inaugurated compound walling for the rTsangda project in Phey and Phyang laid the foundation for the Segregation Project and unveiled an Open Gym at Arahat Community Hall, the All-Weather Public Convenience/Sanitary Complex at Spituk Market, and a compound wall for the Segregation Centre in Spituk.
Further, he laid the foundation for the Community Hall in Agling Spituk and inaugurated an Open Gym at the Amusement Park in Choglamsar. He also laid the foundation stone of PMGSY Roads from T02 to Saboo, Kilibuk Thiksay to Stakmo, and Ranbirpur to Nang, along with a Crematorium in Saboo village.
Chief Engineer of PMGSY, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, and the Executive Engineer REW, Leh; Secretary/BDO of the Block Development Council, Leh, BJP District President, Leh, and Mandal Presidents from Nimoo, Phyang, and Thiksay were present. Besides, Sarpanchs, Naib Sarpanchs, and representatives from various Gram Panchayats, including Farka, Phey, Taru, Phyang, Spituk, Choklamsar, Saboo, Stakmo, and Nang, were also present, showcasing the collective effort to drive development and progress in the Ladakh region.
