Kargil Subordinate Service Recruitment Board (KSSRB), LAHDC, Kargil.conducted OMR-Based Graduate Level examination successfully on May 14. 

Nearly 85 percent of candidates appeared in the KSSRB examination at 37 exam centres across the district.

Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Sukhadeve inspected all the examination centres. He informed that for the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination, CCTV cameras were installed in each examination centre with backup facilities.

Later, DC Santosh also visited the office of the Deputy Director of Employment and Counselling Centre, Kargil, and assessed the security of the strongroom and other arrangements.

Deployed Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and other concerned officers from different departments were assigned the responsibilities for the smooth conduct of the examination. The District Administration Kargil had made all the required arrangements for the smooth conduct of the examination.

The examination which started at 11 a.m. was conducted successfully and standard procedures were followed across the examination centres in the district.

Deputy Director Employment/Secretary KSSRB, Iftakhar Naseem informed that 6,529 candidates including the candidates of Zanskar Sub Division were supposed to appear in Sunday’s examination.
