After two and a half months shay Lamdon case took a new turn as another accused who is the head warden of Shey Lamdon was arrested on August 4. He was arrested on charges of abetment in the sensational case that took place in the hostel premises on June 16. 

 

According to Police, “The accused Lakpa Tsering, head warden is booked under section 109 of the Ranbir Penal Code and was arrested on August 4. 

 

 

Whereas, chargesheet was filed against the first accused Tashi Gyaltson 31 –year old warden who was arrested on June 16 for sexually assaulting and abusing a 6-year old boy in Shey Lamdon School.   

 

He was booked under section 377 of the RPC and later section 24 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2013 (Punishment for Cruelty to juvenile or child had been added.
