General Observer for Ladakh Parliamentary constituency B H Talati and  Assistant Electoral Registration Officer (AERO), Kharu inspected five polling stations on April 2.

The polling stations inspected included Middle School Tagar, Council Model School, Sakti, Middle School, Piu, Primary School, Kharu, and Middle School, Chemday.

They interacted with the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) regarding election preparedness. Voter awareness programme was also organised in Kharu and Sakti villages.

They also visited Hemis and Thiksay monasteries and interacted with the monks.
