Shamma Zohra, Project Coordinator of DAAC, addressed the causes and consequences of drug abuse. She noted that experimentation and peer pressure often lead to substance abuse among youth and encouraged students to raise awareness about its repercussions.
The program concluded with an awareness rally, starting from the main market in Drass and culminating at Dak Bungalow. The rally aimed to educate the public about the dangers of illicit drugs and their impact on health and society. Students also proudly chanted national slogans in honor of Independence Day.
