Executive Councilor, Er. Punchok Tashi inaugurated and handed over the Community Hall at Kishrak constructed under district capex by Rural Development Department Kargil on December 18.

EC Tashi congratulated the people of Kishrak on the new community hall and appreciated the Executing agency as well as the Engineer and Contractor for completing this hall within a stipulated time.

He has also appreciated the role played by village community members of Kishrak to accomplish this project. 

EC assured that LAHDC Kargil will fulfill the developmental needs of the village including Lakhang construction.

Newly appointed Sub Divisional Magistrate Zanskar, Romil Singh Donk also spoke on the occasion and assured to contribute his best effort for the welfare and development of Zanskar.Tehsildar, SHO, ZEO, ZEPO and staff of RDD were also present.

 Ama Tsogspa, a senior citizen and women of Kishrak presented a cultural dance during the occasion.
