An E-Office training session for district officers from various departments was conducted on February 19 at the Conference Hall, Baroo, aimed at enhancing digital efficiency and accuracy in handling official files through the E-Office system.

The session focused on improving officers’ understanding of file management and addressing common challenges encountered in the day-to-day use of the platform. Key aspects such as login procedures, resolution of technical issues, and the use of digital signatures were reviewed and clarified during the training.

Master Trainer Ishtiyak guided the officers step-by-step through the system’s key functions, including file receipt and acknowledgment, file creation and movement, dispatch and issuing procedures, the file pullback system, and draft preparation and processing.

The trainer also addressed various queries raised by Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) and other officials, ensuring clarity on both minor and major operational issues.

Additionally, the session introduced the ACOPS ID App, which enables officers to access OTPs and manage files even in remote areas where network services, such as Airtel, may not function reliably. This feature was highlighted as particularly useful for ensuring uninterrupted file access and authentication.

Overall, the training proved highly beneficial, equipping officers with the necessary skills to efficiently manage both routine and complex tasks within the E-Office system.
