Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Shrikant Suse, who is also District Election Officer, chaired a meeting/training session for the Flying Squad Team (FST) and Static Surveillance Team (SST) at the Conference Hall, Kargill on March 11,  in preparation for the upcoming General Elections 2024. 

SSP Kargil, Shree Raam R IPS, ADC Kargil, Suhail Ahmed, ASP Kargil, Nitin Yadav IPS, Nodal Officer Election Expenditure Monitoring/Chief Controller of Finance, Iftikhar Hussain, Deputy District Election Officer Kargil, Muhammad Sharief, CPO Kargil, SDMs, Tehsildars, Police Officers, Election Naib Tehsildar Kargil, along with the other concerned officers were present.

The meeting/training session focused on discussing the roles of FSTs/SSTs in ensuring the conduct of free and fair elections, implementation of the Model Code of Conduct, expenditure monitoring and online reporting.
