Ladakh Buddhist Association, Women Wing representatives called on R.K. Mathur, Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh on April 25.The delegation submitted a memorandum regarding early evacuation of the stranded pilgrims, patients, students and elderly people of UT Ladakh stuck in different parts of the country due to the nationwide lockdown.

The delegation comprises of Rinchen Angmo, LBA Women Wing President and Tsering Dolker, General Secretary.

They also applauded efforts of UT Administration, Hill Council, Health Department and frontline health workers for combating the COVID-19 pandemic in Ladakh and assured their full support.
