Changthang leaders seek emergency aid for livestock after heavy snowfall

A delegation of Councillors from Changthang, led by Executive Councillor LAHDC Leh, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee, met with the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd), at the Lt. Governor’s Secretariat on March 13 to discuss the urgent challenges faced by the region’s livestock due to recent heavy snowfall.
