One of the most sorted tourist destination, Pangong Lake near Lukung village gets mobile connectivity after a long pending demand. Member of Parliament Thupstan Chhewang inaugurated the mobile tower at on 7th September.  

MP Thupstan Chhewang congratulated the people of the area for getting their most awaited demand. He appealed Chief General Manager to take further steps for the mobile connectivity in other border areas for better telecommunication services in Ladakh.

He further added that the matter regarding installation of the mobile tower in other border area has been taken to Central Government for an early installation. 

Dr. Labh Singh, Chief General Manager J&K circle assured the installation of mobile tower in other border villages of Changthang. He appreciated the efforts of BSNL team and urged people to cooperate with BSNL for its maintenance.

 

Phuntsog Dorje, TDM, Leh appreciated the efforts of field workers of BSNL for installing the tower at a high altitude within the stipulated time frame. He also expressed thanks to local people for their cooperation in installing the tower.

Other engineers of BSNL, Leh were also present on the occasion.
