Amit Sharma reviews status of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra
State Nodal Officer of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, Amit Sharma assessed the status of the ongoing Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra on December 20 at the Civil Secretariat meeting hall, Leh.
While reviewing, Amit Sharma underscored the significance of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in fostering sustainable development and empowering rural communities in Ladakh. He emphasised the need for seamless coordination among various departments, agencies, and grassroots institutions to ensure the effective implementation of the initiative's objectives.
At the outset, detailed presentations on the milestones achieved so far, challenges encountered, and strategic measures proposed for the future phases of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra by the Head of Departments. The attendants actively engaged in constructive discussions, offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance the program's efficacy.
The State Nodal Officer Amit Sharma expressed the dedicated efforts of all officers, and stakeholders involved in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. He acknowledged the collective commitment towards realizing the vision of a prosperous and self-reliant rural Ladakh.

The meeting was attended by the Directors of UT Ladakh, Heads of the Departments, and concerned officers of all departments of district Leh while the Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Director of the Rural Development Department, UT Ladakh, Joint Director of Information, UT Ladakh, Head of Departments and concerned officers of district Kargil joined the meeting virtually.
