A programme on Yoga and Meditation was organised by 117 Btn CRPF at District Jail, Complex, Leh on June 26.

Kiren Bedi (Ex-Governor of Puducherry) & Dr. Binny Sareen, Peace Ambassador & founder of the Global Peace initiative for India were present.

Both guests emphasized the importance of Yoga & Meditation to lead a happy life and a message of “Spiritual & Emotional wellbeing leads to strong mental health” was given to CRPF Personnel present on the occasion. 

Pankaj Kumar, Deputy Commandant; Pankaj Kumar, Assistant Commandant; Deepak Shukla Assistant Commandant & Jawans of all the 3 companies of 117 Bn CRPF deployed here at LEH UT for various duties attended the programme.
