Centre-appointed interlocutor Dineshwar Sharma during his 4-day visit met various stakeholders on March 11 in Leh.

A total of 18 delegations including various political parties, religious communities, social organizations, welfare associations and other bodies of civil society were present.

A copy of the memorandum stating important demands of the people including the Union Territory status for the region was put forth.
