Ladakh Football School & Academy (LFS&A) secured a thrilling victory at The Unity Cup 2024, triumphing over the Tibetan National Sports Association (TNSA) in a gripping penalty shootout with a final score of 5-4.

The tournament, sponsored by Jullay Tiles, showcased the pinnacle of women's football prowess in the region, featuring a fierce competition among three formidable teams: TNSA, Central Institute of Buddhist Studies, and LFS&A. The championship showdown unfolded at Leh Stadium on June 11, attracting an ardent crowd of supporters for both sides and infusing the atmosphere with palpable excitement. In a closely contested finale, both teams exhibited remarkable skill and resilience, culminating in a tense penalty shootout that ultimately saw LFS&A seize the championship.

The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Moses Kunzang, Joint Director of Youth Services and Sports (YSS); Tsering Tashi, District Youth Services and Sports Officer (DYSSO) Leh; and Tsewang Dorjay, Director of Jullay Tiles.
