Kargil Zanskar road reopened for one-way vehicular traffic on December 3.

Around 39 light motor vehicles carrying nearly 160 Zanskar bound passengers moved towards Zanskar. The vehicles were allowed to ply on the highway after getting clearance from the agencies responsible for its maintenance.  

Also, 38 light vehicles carrying around 140 Kargil bound passengers moved towards Kargil next day.
