Nawang Rigzin Jora, Minister for Urban Development & Local Bodies, J&K, inaugurated the Gesar Palace, Govt. Guest House on 3rd July at Badami Bhag, Skara, Leh in presence of CEC, LAHDC, Rigzin Spalbar and DC, Simrandeep Singh.

The guest house is built at an estimated cost of Rs. 613.54 lacs by the executing agency PWD and R&B Div. Leh under council infrastructure.
 
The guest house comprises of four suites and six double bed rooms all named by the famous passes in Ladakh region and is built mainly for VVIPs and VIPs visiting Ladakh.
