District Congress Committee, Leh celebrated and conveyed congratulation to Rahul Gandhi for taking charge as President of Indian National Congress on December 16 at DCC office, Leh.

Tsering Samphel, President DCC, Leh said, “Rahul Gandhi is assuming a big post at a time when the country is passing through an unprecedented economic cries, fear, and frustration.
