DC, Kargil, Santosh Sukhadeve reviewed the preparation for Sarhad Kargil International Marathon, 2021 scheduled to be held at Khree Sultan Cho Sports Stadium Biamathang on October, 31.

Sarhad Kargil International Marathon, 2021 is being organised by Sarhad Pune and Ladakh Police in collaboration with Hill Council, Kargil, and District Administration Kargil. The marathon will be held under various categories such as Unity Run, International full and half marathon.

DC Kargil, Santosh Sukhadeve directed the concerned officers to ensure all necessary arrangements including medical service, sanitation and cleanliness, PAS system, stage decoration, deployment of physical teachers, sports trainers, volunteers, and other allied arrangements to make the event successful. 

Additional SP Kargil, Iftikhar Ahmad; ACR Abdul Zargar; ACD Ghulam Muhammad, officers of PWD, PDD, Tourism Education, Health, Youth Services and Sports, Cultural Academy, Information, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Sports Authority of India besides other concerned officers attended the meeting.
