Inspector General (IG) Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) Lhari Dorje Lhatoo flagged off a mega river rafting expedition on August 9.

The three days rafting spanning 155 km began from Pibiting Bridge and will culminate at Nimoo, Leh.

Councilor Cha Constituency Stanzin Lakpa, SDM Zanskar Sonam Dorjay, DIG ITBP, Commanding Officer ITBP, Officer Commanding GREF Army Camp Padum, and other officers were present.

Meanwhile, the ITBP organised archery and volleyball-friendly matches followed by cultural programs at Lamdon Model High School Ufti.
