Youth fellowship brings inAdditional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Kargil, Imteeaz Kacho, attended the concluding ceremony of the seven-day induction programme for the second batch of the rISE Educator Fellowship, organised by rZamba Trust in Sankoo on May 27.
The induction programme served as an intensive orientation for the newly selected fellows, preparing them for their upcoming two-year placements in ten government schools across Kargil district. The sessions focused on classroom observation, student assessment, project-based learning, and community engagement—equipping the fellows with essential tools to support quality education in remote regions.
ADC Kacho lauded rZamba Trust for its consistent and commendable work in the education sector. Reflecting on the organisation’s growth, he encouraged the fellows to become agents of change and underlined the importance of such grassroots initiatives in enhancing the educational landscape of Ladakh.
