The National Institute of Sowa-Rigpa (NISR), Leh participated in the 5th Global Ayurveda Festival at Green Field Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on December 6.

Vice President of India, Jagdeep Dhankar inaugurated the Festival on December 1. The Global Ayurveda Festival (GAF) 2023 was held in the state capital of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram from December 1 to 5, on the theme Emerging Challenges in Healthcare and a Resurgent Ayurveda.

The National Institute of Sowa-Rigpa (NISR), Leh has organised an exhibition of Sowa-Rigpa system of medicine on digital mode along with free Sowa-Rigpa consultation and medicine to the general public.

The objective of the participation is to promote Sowa-Rigpa on national and global level.
