LAHDC Leh bids farewell to Secretary Ravinder Kumar
LAHDC Leh, led by Chairman/CEC Tashi Gyalson, bid a warm farewell to Ravinder Kumar (IAS), Secretary to LG Ladakh, on April 8 following his transfer from UT Administration Ladakh to New Delhi.
Deputy Chairman, Tsering Angchuk, Executive Councillors Tashi Namgyal Yakzee, Ghulam Mehdi, and Stanzin Chosphel were also present at the meeting to bid farewell to Secretary Ravinder Kumar.
CEC Tashi Gyalson recounted Secretary Ravinder Kumar's significant contributions to transforming various sectors of Ladakh, including Sports, Power Development, Animal/Sheep Husbandry, Cooperatives, and Civil Aviation. He also praised his Secretary Ravinder Kumar’s working style and administrative capabilities and his cordial relation and coordination with the Hill Council which facilitated in achieving notable development milestones and fulfilling the aspirations of the people of Ladakh.
Praising Ravinder Kumar’s humble personality, CEC Tashi Gyalson added that a bureaucrat with such an impactful qualities is an asset to the nation. He extended his best wishes to Secretary Ravinder for his future endeavours, expressing hope for his return to Ladakh in a higher capacity with greater responsibilities.
Secretary Ravinder Kumar thanked LAHDC Leh headed by the Chairman/CEC, Dy Chairman, Executive Councillors and all Councillors for their support during his tenure, making it successful and memorable. He expressed his willingness to serve the people of Ladakh again in the future.
