LAHDC-KSSRB conducts OMR-based examinations for matric level posts
The LAHDC-Kargil Subordinate Service Recruitment Board (KSSRB) conducted OMR-based matric-level examinations for various district cadre posts in Kargil and Zanskar on November 10. The examination was held across twenty-six centers in two shifts.
Chairman of the Board and Deputy Commissioner of Kargil, Shrikant Suse, inspected multiple examination centers to assess the arrangements. Senior officials, including Ghulam Mohiuddin (ADC, Kargil), Maqbool Hussain (SE, PHE/I&FC Department, Kargil), Abdul Hadi (CPO/JDP, Kargil), Romil Singh Donk (SDM Zanskar), Controller of Examination Iftikhar Hussain (DTO, Kargil), and Dr. Gulzar Hussain (CAO, Kargil), monitored the examination process.
The LAHDC-KSSRB, in collaboration with the District Administration of Kargil, implemented extensive measures to ensure smooth conduct and transparency. Security personnel were deployed at all examination centers, and duty magistrates and requisite staff were stationed to oversee the process. To ensure fairness, question booklets were issued in four versions with varied question sequences, and candidates were provided with carbon copies of their OMR sheets for self-evaluation. The entire process was conducted under CCTV surveillance.
