Completing the Bharat Darshan Tour, 12 students, 2 teachers and 6 elder from Shayok- village received on July 26 at Kumba Hall, Choglamsar.

 

The Bharat Dharshan tour was organised by 16 Btn, ITBP under Civic Action Programme from July 18 to 25.

The aim was to give an opportunity to the members to visit coastal areas of Goa and Delhi and to connect people and children of the different region to enrich the knowledge of Indian heritage culture and history.

Chief Guest J.P. Yadav, DIG SHQ Ladakh, ITBP said that more such programs will be organised in future for students of border villages.

Students performed cultural programme and conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to ITBP and Government of India for organising the memorable and extraordinary Bharat Dharshan tour.

All Officers of Sector HQ Ladakh and its unit under command stationed at Choglamsar, Leh attended the ceremony.
