The first randomization of polling personnel for the upcoming bye-election in the 21-Thangdumbur constituency of LAHDC Kargil took place on September 26 at NIC Kargil. The process was overseen by Suhail Ahmed, Election Officer and Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kargil.

During the randomization, over 500 personnel were considered for selection. It was ensured that polling officials were neither residents of nor temporarily stationed within the constituency to maintain neutrality.

The event was attended by Deputy Election Officer, Mohd Sharif Kakpori; District Informatics Officer, NIC Kargil, Iftikhar Hussain; Election Naib Tehsildar, Zakir Hussain; and Assistant Information Officer, Anwar Ali.
