Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, chaired a meeting on January 29 at the Conference Hall of the Council Secretariat to review the progress of the Housing for All scheme.

The meeting was attended by ADDC Leh, Superintendent Engineer (PWD), Executive Engineers from PHE and PDD, Chief Controller of Finance, Executive Officer of the Municipal Committee, and Assistant Executive Engineer from the Construction Division.

Officials provided a detailed overview of the scheme’s current status, highlighting ongoing work, challenges, and the projected timeline for completion. Discussions focused on addressing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth implementation of the initiative.

CEC Gyalson stressed the importance of timely execution and directed concerned officers to accelerate the remaining work, ensuring the Housing for All scheme is successfully implemented as planned.
