The third batch of Bharat Darshan tour organised by  5th battalion ITBP was flagged off on February 5 at ITBP campus.

In this tour 17 students from Govt. High School Igoo, 2 students each from Govt High School Phyang and Govt Middle School Poktsa Igoo, 4 students each from Govt middle School Phyang and Govt High School Basgo along with Tsering Spalzes, Teacher, Govt High School Phyang and Tsering Morup, Teacher, Govt High School Basgo were selected. INSP Subhash Chandra Sharma and HC Ranjan Kr Singh of 5th Bn  ITBP were accompanied as supporting staff. 

The tour is to be conducted from Leh to Bhubaneswar via Delhi during which various places of historical and cultural significance will be visited.

The Bharat Darshan tour is aimed at to enhance the knowledge of participating students of border areas by introducing them with the cultural and social diversity of India.
