One day training cum interaction program on the new Government Schemes like ASRA, HUNAR, and Marriage Assistance Scheme was held on 13 March at Block Training Center, Poyen- Kargil.

The program was organized by the Rural Development Department in collaboration with Social Welfare Department Kargil.

During the training, Aga Syed Jamal, District Social Welfare Officer, Kargil gave awareness to the members of SHGs of State Rural Livelihood Mission. He told that the Schemes have been implemented from the month of February 2016 and till now the department has achieved a tremendous result.

Ghulam Mohammad, Coordinator- State Rural Livelihood Mission, Kargil urged the members of the SHGs to come forward and to take the benefit of the schemes.

He stressed on promoting these schemes in all the localities so that more and more people can be benefitted.

The experts cleared all the doubts related to the schemes.
