The CEC LAHDC, Leh Rigzin Spalbar extends his greeting to the Muslim brothers and sisters of Leh district on the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan on 19 June.

This holy month which is a significant pillar of Islam gives us an opportunity to spiritual reflection and devoting oneself to worship and pray to Allah, said the CEC. While highlighting the values of serenity, self-restraint and asceticism practiced during the holy month, the CEC said that the Ramadan brings feeling of peace, compassion and respect for each others.
