‘Math simplified and Child friendly’ a two day intensive and highly participating math lab workshop was conducted in the newly founded infrastructure at Druk Padma Karpo School as the school introduces its 1st ever Math Lab for their students on September 14 and 15.
 
Shahji, the renowned founder and resource person from Jodo Gyan unleashed the world of numbers in the most fascinating ways. He demonstrated numerous unimaginable child friendly methods of doing the so called ‘intricate world of Math’. New folds of pedagogy were unfolded, thus enabling a fear free math learning and doing atmosphere. The students at the campus seemed highly inquisitive and thrilled with the new idea of knowing math in a richly colourful, shapeful and hopeful manner. The school authorities and the teachers commonly feel great relief and respite brought to the fearful section of Math learners.

Fear, terror grip, aversion, there is no newness in such a reaction coming from the students when talking about Math. This fear from Math has been prevalent since the time of its implications. But now with massive academic evolution in paced progress we need to come to the aid of such fearful learners. To help kids do away with such kinds of phobia Jodo Gyan School, Delhi has empowered their academic infrastructure by facilitating the students with a Math Lab.
