A total of 8 nominations have been filed for the Ladakh Parliamentary seat as informed by Avny Lavasa, Returning Officer, for Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency on April 18.

On the last date of filing nominations, 5 more candidates including Tsering Namgyal (Independent), Asgar Ali Karbalai (Independent), Sajjad Hussain (Independent), Kacho Mohammad Feroz (Independent) and Asgar Ali (Independent) filed their papers.

The scrutiny of papers will be done on April 20 and the last date of withdrawal of candidature is April 22 upto 3:00 PM.
