Jammu :
Continuing with the demand tabled and announced through AIR Leh last year, number of senior students in Jammu held a meeting in the Jammu University campus regarding the availability of polling station for Ladakhi students studying outside Ladakh.
The main demand put during the meeting was that either all the students (above18) should be airlifted to Ladakh to cast their votes or an Electoral polling station must be created in Jammu for the voting convenience of thousands of students studying outside Ladakh. The students appealed to fulfil the above mentioned demand into strict consideration by leaders of all political parties in the district or they would condemn the all upcoming elections parliamentary, state legislative and council.
