Finance Department Ladakh organised a one-day training program on the SNA module of the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) at the Auditorium
Hall, Kargil on March 6.

During the event, PFMS trainer UT Ladakh, Haseen Lonea delivered a detailed PowerPoint presentation on PFMS, CNA, SNA,Expenditure, Advance & Transfer,
Direct Benefit Transfer and other related topics. Various modules were discussed and explained in the presentation.

Senior Accounts Officer, Phunsok Angchuk explained that the purpose of the event was to familiarize the district officers and dealing assistants with SNA and the rules
governing expenditure for different centrally sponsored schemes.

CCF and DTO Iftikhar Hussain thanked the participants for attending the event and expressed hope that the participants had learned the modules discussed during the
program.

The event was attended by Joint Director, Information for Ladakh, Imteaaz Kacho; CCF and DTO Iftikhar Hussain; Program Coordinator for ICDS, Nargis Banoo; ACD
Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Padma Angmo; district officers and dealing assistants from various departments.
