The second randomisation of polling personnel for the Lok Sabha election took place at the NIC conference room on May 4 in the presence of Harikesh Meena (IAS), General Observer for the 1-Ladakh Parliamentary Constituency (Kargil) and Shrikant Suse (IAS), District Election Officer/Deputy Commissioner Kargil.

During the process, the polling officials selected in the first randomisation were further randomised into various polling parties to be deployed for poll duty in Kargil district during the Lok Sabha elections scheduled for May 20.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kargil Shreeram R, Additional Deputy Commissioner Suhail Ahmad, Assistant Director DIPR Kargil/Nodal Officer (MCMC) Murtaza Ali, Assistant Returning Officer UTL (Nodal Officer PV, EDC Kargil) Abdul Hadi, Election Naib Tehsildar Zakir Hussain, and District Informatics Officer (Nodal Officer Deployment of PPs and Trainings) Iftikhar Hussain were also present during the session.
