Hands-on training for Block Development Council election, 2019 was imparted to the Returning Officers and polling parties on October 21 at DC Conference hall.
 
The training was held under the supervision of Zakir Hussain, District Panchayat Election Officer. District Level Master trainers, Dr. Stanzin Rabgais, Mohd. Ayub and Thinley Dawa imparted the training.
 
Training on the polling process, collection of polling material, handling, and sealing of ballot boxes, duties, and function of polling parties, counting process and result declaration was imparted.
 
Discussion on the scheduled movement of polling parties and transportation plans was also carried out.
