Former Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil, Sheikh Mohd Raza of Choskore passed away on January 31.

Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon expressed condolences to the family, relatives and the people of Choskore on the sad demise of former Councilor.

Recalling his contributions, CEC said that Sheikh Mohd Raza was not merely a public representative but a stalwart whose sincere dedication and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the underprivileged sections of society set a benchmark for public service.

“His legacy of selfless contributions and tireless efforts in addressing the community's needs shall forever remain unrivalled. The loss of is deeply felt by the community he served with utmost dedication,” Dr Jaffer said.

LAHDC, Kargil prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the grieving family to bear the irreparable loss.
