Five-day SEE learning educator workshop concludes
The Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning Educator Preparation Workshop, a dynamic and interactive learning experience, recently concluded its intensive sessions on February 26. Held from February 21 to February 26. the workshop focused on SEE Learning principles, providing a holistic approach to personal and professional development.
Throughout the workshop, participants immersed themselves in topics such as emotional intelligence, ethical decision-making, and fostering positive relationships. Meaningful discussions were encouraged, allowing participants to share their unique perspectives and experiences.
Principal DIET Leh, Chetan Dorje, expressed gratitude to the facilitators, training coordinator, and all involved for their relentless efforts in conducting need-based workshops aligned with the vision of NEP-2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational Stage and School Education. He reiterated the commitment to continue such workshops to embrace all teaching and non-teaching fraternity.
Facilitators Senior Lecturer Tsering Wangdus and Lecturer Tsering Angmo emphasized real-world applications of SEE Learning principles to enhance work environments, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
The participants, motivated and grateful, extended their appreciation to the DIET Team for conducting the workshop and managing logistics efficiently even in severe winter conditions. The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony, symbolizing positive gratitude by the participants.
