Deputy Commissioner/CEO LAHDC, Kargil, Santosh Sukhadeve visited Bal Ashram Kargil and celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr with the students.

He interacted with students of the Bal Ashram and took stock of the facilities being provided to them. He also inquired about the needs and requirements of the students which include indoor sports, augmentation of water facilities, minor repairs and other requirements.

On spot, assurance was given to fulfil the required facilities at the Bal Ashram. 
         
Meanwhile, he also directed the concerned to ensure proper cleanliness and better facilities for the students. He also enquired about the functioning of the hostel mess and directed the hostel administration for maintaining cleanliness in the mess besides serving proper diet to the students.

The DC also provided tracksuits to students and joined lunch with them on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. The students presented naat, qasida as part of Eid celebrations.
