Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC Kargil, Feroz Ahmed Khan reviewed the physical and financial progress under subsidy component for financial year 2021-22 at Council Secretariat on January 11.

CEC Khan sought details from the officials of the respective departments regarding expenditure achieved till December (2021) end.

The officials from the respective departments shared detailed figures of expenditure achieved, anticipated expenditure and total expenditure which is likely to be achieved during the financial year 2021-2022 under subsidy component. 

Feroz  Ahmed Khan directed the departments that are in need of extra funds to complete given targets and prepare a detailed report and submit the same to the office of Deputy Commissioner Kargil for further process.

He also stressed on utilization of 100% funds released for this year so that in the next financial year, they would be able to demand more funds from the government. The concerned officials were asked to ensure that maximum benefits are provided to deserving people across Kargil district.
