CEC inspects medical camp of specialist doctors at PHC, Sakti
A mobile medical team of specialist local doctors of SNM Hospital Leh, attends needy patients at PHC Sankti on April 16, as directed by Radha Krishna Mathur, Lt. Governor.
The team comprises of Dr. Tsewang Namgial Surgeon; Dr. Spalchen Gonbo Pediatrician; Dr. Anwar Hussain Orthopedican and Dr. Aisha Malo Gynecologist.
The purpose of conducting medical camps at villages is to facilitate needy patients by extending services of specialist doctors at village level during lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Gyal P. Wangyal, Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor, Hill Council, Leh inspected the medical camp at PHC Sakti and thanked the team of specialist doctors for their services.
Wangyal also enquired about the availability of medicine at PHC Sakti from Dr. Nazir, Incharge MO. The team of specialist doctors will attend patients at Medical Centre Chamday and in the afternoon will attend patients at Medical Centre Kharu on April 17.
CEC met with Gobas of Chemday and Kharu villages and asked them to bring patients at the medical camp who need specialist doctors.
