The General Officer Commanding, Leh Sub Area, along with 550 troops of the Armed Forces, participated in a yoga session organized under the aegis of Fire and Fury Corps at Sonam Wangchuk Stadium, Leh, on June 21.

The International Yoga Day celebration was conducted by Leh Sub Area for troops, aligning with the Fit India Movement. Yoga represents the unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfillment, and harmony between man and nature, offering a holistic approach to health and well-being.
