A 4-day long educational-cum-exposure tour was organised for young artists of Kargil to SECMOL Ladakh. 

The group was led by mentor, Sajjad Hussain under the directions of Chairman/CEC LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan.

The students interacted with Magsaysay Awardee, Sonam Wangchuk and learned about the art of sustainable living. Experts at SECMOL imparted the idea of using ecologically sustainable ways of life.

Sajjad Hussain, Teacher, High School Thasgam said the trip was fruitful for his students. He thanked Chairman/CEC LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan for successfully organising the trip and the administration of SECMOL Ladakh.

The students also interacted with famous model and Bollywood actor Milind Soman and learned about fitness and love for the environment.

They also visited Shesrig Studio, 17000 ft Foundation next chapter library,  Shape Studio in Shey, and interacted with Sculptor Tsering Gurmat Kungyam.
