The second phase of the Reinforced Teacher Training (RTT) program, conducted under the aegis of LAHDC Leh, successfully concluded on October 13 at DIET Leh.

The comprehensive program commenced in March 2022 and is aimed at enhancing the skills of English Language Teachers in the Leh district and is being implemented by Golden Miles Learning.

Principal, DIET Leh, Chetan Dorjey emphasized the importance of English Language Teachers incorporating the lessons learned from the Golden Miles RTT Program into their respective schools. It was informed that the next phase will kick off in March 2024, furthering the development of English language education in the district.

In addition to the RTT program, a Golden Mile Mentorship Program for a select cohort of teachers is set to commence on October 30 at DIET Leh. This initiative aims to provide ongoing support and guidance to educators, ensuring the continued improvement of English language teaching in the region.
