Ladakh Cultural Forum Leh led by President Tsering Norboo Martse during the recent visit of Cultural Secretary, J&K Academy of Art. Culture and Language, Zafar Iqbal Manhas raised some important points regarding the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage of Ladakh including starting the Fine Arts institute sanctioned for this region. |

Even as Leh received a mild snowfall today people of Ladakh find no respite from the severe cold with mercury dipping as low as minus 15 degrees badly affecting the routine life here. |

ITBP team lifted the third Chief Executive Councilor (CEC) Ice Hockey Championship trophy defeating Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre (LSRC) by two goals to one. Teams had to go for penalty shoots when they could score in three halves of the final match |
